Some great points above - particularly on the 'water cooler' knowledge
We've offered remote working for 2 years now -during lockdown I think the biggest difference has been that our team has gone from optional to enforced remote working. While this has suited some others are dealing with a variety of different circumstances (childcare, lack of office space, supporting dependents) that present challenges to them and us.
I'll be on the forum live tomorrow at 11am, does anyone else have similar experiences?
