Best tools for working from home? - Nichola McAvoy - 05-05-2020

Does anyone have any specific tool / platform recommendations for enabling teams to work from home? Links to the tools and a brief description on why you've chosen them would be super useful to hear!

We are using Zoom for socials and meetings.

Also Microsoft Teams for discussion threads and sharing documents, but that is in use more when we are active and open.

Hi Nichola

Depends a lot on what you're looking to do; I found Asana to be a very useful tool for project management and keeping everyone abreast of what's going on. I know people also use tools like Trello, monday.com. They're also tools like slack for keeping communication going.

What's the biggest challenge you're trying to solve, I'll see if I can suggest something?

Cheers

Jon
