For an office:  Think about your energy supplier/ lighting etc if you can control these.  For supply-chains: the biggest clarity for Belu came when it mapped its carbon emissions.  Then as a business, we were able to focus on creating efficiencies that saved money and saved carbon too when tweaking our supply-chain.  Check out the impact reports on the Belu website for info.
